Group Training

Small Group Training & Online Training

Train with one or two friends that have the same schedule and similar goals as you. You can also ask to get matched up with a group of similar goals or join a current group at the Arlington Fitness Studio. Another benefit to small group training is the small group of 2-4 participants that share similar goals and fitness level can share a training session for a discounted cost. It’s a great option for those who like the energy and social aspect of other like minded people and want to work towards their fitness goals. *Please note that during the Covid-19 outbreak this option may not be available.

Online Training Option

There is no gym needed in order to get a great workout in. You can sign up for the online training option and move towards your fitness goals without leaving your home. At the most basic level all you need to get started is a yoga mat and a couple sets of dumbbells. Gabrielle and Body By Gab will make you sweat and get you in shape by teaching you body weight exercises utilizing core, upper and lower body. If you want to invest in equipment, Gabrielle will go over the equipment options you will get the most use of and you will never have to go to a gym again.
