One-On-One Personal Training
Get personalized guidance and an exercise program specifically tailored for you and your unique goals and needs. Before and after measurements as well as meal plans are included. After an initial assessment and questionnaire, your exercise program will be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Modifications, re-assessments and program evaluations will take place on a regular basis to measure progress as you move forward. Together you and your personal trainer can discuss behavioral modifications to apply outside of the studio in which you can be held accountable to further ensure success. One-On-One Private Personal Training takes place in our Fitness Studio in Arlington, MA, as well as over the phone and online if needed. For clients who are either pregnant or have just had a baby, a special pre and post-natal exercise design will be applied. This is to specifically ensure that the exercises are safe during pregnancy and if diastasis recti is present after pregnancy it will be addressed properly.
