Session Format
Each session is either 30, 45 or 60 minutes long. The first half of the session is focused on core strength using your own body weight mixed with various functional exercises challenging your balance, flexibility and aerobic endurance. The second half of the session emphasizes building strength and muscles using dumbbells, kettle bells, and the TRX suspension trainer.
Each client’s capabilities, fitness level and goals are taken into consideration tailoring the session being unique to the client’s needs. In small group sessions with one or two partners, clients are matched together based on similar capabilities, fitness level and goals. Proper form on all exercises are strictly enforced to ensure safe progression and injury prevention.

Payments
All payments are due at time of the first session. All payment methods, including all credit cards are accepted.
Referrals
Complimentary session as a reward for referring a friend who signs up for at least 5 sessions.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made through phone call or text within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Late cancel results in loss of session. Attempt to reschedule is always preferred in case of emergencies.
